To celebrate the opening of our new espresso bar, we have selected and roasted 3 wonderfully unique Single Origins to present to our customers over the next 3 months. With each hailing from a different continent, different processing and varied varietals, we have a spectrum that is sure to please all discerning pallets and tastes. Let’s jump into the list of what we have going on…
This Guatemala Huehuetenango is definitely the most accessible of the trio of Single Origins we have at the moment. We are running this one as our alternative single origin espresso that comes standard with black options and with milk at an extra cost. It is delicious as a long black but really excels in milk with confectionary notes of Hazelnut, Chocolate and Caramel. If you like a safe way to try a single origin for home, this one’s for you.
Fruity and sweet, this Rwandan Natural from the Kilimbi region is so delicious and versatile. We are running it as our daily Batch Brew offering but also as Cold Brew as well. We’ve had a chance to try as an espresso and on milk as well and this coffee shines in both. If you want to experiment a little and take a walk a little on the wild side, give this beautiful coffee a go.
This Sumatran is my favourite of the lot. It has a wonderful acidity, a sweet finish and soft spice notes of cinnamon and caramel. Great as filter and espresso, this coffee will not disappoint and is definitely worth trying at home.

Having worked within the hospitality sector for more than 20 years, my relationship with coffee has always been a close one. From freeze dried instant to pour over Geishas, my coffee journey has been so inspiring to me and such a big part of my life. Coffee still continues to surprise and fascinate me and I’m always excited when the opportunity to try new coffees presents itself.
We created Mosey Coffee Roasters to roast, prepare and present coffee that we like to drink ourselves. We think you’ll enjoy it too. Nothing too crazy but not understated either. Delightful blends and elegant Single Origins. Something for everyone to keep in line with our motto.
